Taholistic Signature Weekend returns to Edgewood Tahoe on April 25-26, 2026. This wellness event features yoga sessions, self-care workshops, sound baths, and myofascial release led by industry experts including Kayla Garcia, Peter Walters, and Denelle Numis. You can choose between challenging workshops or mindful sessions based on your preference.
Things to Know Before Coming
The weekend kicks off Friday evening with a Detox and Restore yoga session. Saturday and Sunday have various classes and workshops. Activities include all-level yoga flows, sound baths, beachside sauna access, a marketplace, and the Uplift Cafe juice bar. Lodge packages may be available.
