Tallac After Dark is a nighttime guided tour at the Tallac Historic Site that explores the mysterious and spiritual side of Tahoe’s past. You’ll begin outside at the Baldwin Estate, walk through the grounds toward the Pope House, and hear stories about the Spiritualism movement in America. The tour includes tales about reported otherworldly encounters at the historic properties.
Things to Know Before Coming
The event runs from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Oct 10 and Oct 11, 2025. It’s recommended for ages 12 and up; children under 12 are not permitted. October nights at Tahoe get cold, and the Pope House is not heated, so dress warmly. Because there are few lights at night on the property, bring a flashlight. You’ll meet at the Tallac Museum Courtyard (Baldwin Estate) to start. Vehicles cannot drive onto the site; you may need to use planned shuttles or walk paths.

Tickets cost $30 for adults and $20 for children under 12, plus service fees.
