Oliver Starr, author of The Wolf Lover’s Guide to Raising Dogs, will speak at the South Lake Tahoe Library on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 5:30 pm. Oliver has spent his life studying wolves and dogs, and his book shares practical advice on training dogs based on their connection to wild wolves. He’ll talk about the bond between humans and canines and what dog owners can learn from wolf behavior.
