The Edge Restaurant and Lounge at Edgewood Tahoe hosts a wine dinner on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, featuring wines from Paul Hobbs Winery. Regional Manager Trish Toye will share stories about the wines while you enjoy a five-course chef-crafted menu paired with each pour. The evening combines elevated flavors, expert wine knowledge, and intimate dining in the newly renovated restaurant.
Things to Know Before Coming
Welcome reception starts at 5:30 pm with dinner beginning at 6:30 pm. The menu includes four savory courses and one dessert, all paired with Paul Hobbs wines. Seating is limited to 40 guests for an intimate experience. Reservations required through OpenTable in the Experiences section.
